Everyone at Your Ride, Inc. made me feel confident I had reached a superior transport service! Everyone we were in contact with were kind, patient, and helpful. The drivers were professional, courteous, on time and always knew the route to the facility we were going to. They brought my husband inside the Doctors office and made sure he was checked in. This was especially helpful for me as I was meeting him there and not always familiar with the location, I was late! I wholeheartedly suggest you call Your Ride, Inc. You will not be disappointed.

Timely service which was important for us. My father had just started dialysis and we needed a reliable company. The last one we had was late on many occasions and with Dad being ill this was not acceptable. Our upfront pricing means no hidden fees or surprise charges after the job is done. Your Ride accepts multiple methods of payment to include all major credit cards, check, or cash. Discounts are available for those paying at the time of transport.
Our Vehicles
Our non-emergency medical transportation vehicles are ADA-compliant and equipped with hydraulic lifts, side or rear entrance, state of the art securing devices to ensure safety and security, and extended roof and doors to ensure convenience and comfort when loading and unloading.

Yes, absolutely! Your Ride strictly provides non-emergency medical transportation. However, that does not mean we don’t support the mission of area hospitals. To the contrary, in addition to providing discharge transportation, we frequently take patients and residents of various skilled care and nursing facilities to area hospitals for a wide variety of treatments, procedures, follow-up appointments, and more.
Hospitals and medical centers that we frequently support include Saint Vincent Hospital,
UMass Memorial Health Care, UMass Memorial Medical Center – Hahnemann Campus, UMass Memorial Medical Center, UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus, and more.
If you are a private pay client requiring non-emergency medical transportation, you will pay on the day of transport. If you have an established account or a signed Your Ride Service Agreement, you will be invoiced as per the terms of the Agreement.
We currently accept cash, check, or credit card.
To ensure proper accommodations, we request 24-48 hour advanced notice. However, we always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. Please feel free to contact our office for availability.
Yes, with advanced notice we work to provide evening and weekend hours.
Because of our busy schedule, drivers will return once your appointment is complete. Out-of-area transports requiring our driver to wait will incur a “Waiting Fee.”
Absolutely! For your comfort and concern we welcome one family member or staff attendant to accompany you to appointments. Please inform our office of your companion when scheduling your appointment.
